This Web site is owned and operated by Seattle Windows Networking User Group (WNUG) and/or WNUG's subsidiary, affiliate or related company (throughout these Terms of Use "WNUG" refers collectively to WNUG, and its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies) (the "Site"). WNUG maintains the Site as a service to its visitors, subject to the following terms and conditions concerning the use of the Site ("Terms of Use"). When you use the Site, you accept the Terms of Use; if you do not agree to the Terms of Use you may not use the Site.

WNUG reserves the right to modify content on the Site and these Terms of Use periodically without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms of Use can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" hypertext link on this Web site.

Through its network of Web properties, WNUG may provide you with access to a variety of resources, including links to technical articles, download areas, tips and tricks, technical discussion forums, blogs, developer tools, specials, promotions, and product information (collectively "Services"). The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new Web services, are subject to the Terms of Use.

Use of Content on the Site
Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You do not acquire any ownership rights to any content on the Site. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by WNUG.

Registration & Membership
WNUG offers free membership to the public. Membership requires registration. You agree to provide accurate contact information during registration and to update the information if it ever changes. You further agree that WNUG reserves the right to refuse membership and/or attendance at WNUG meetings to any individual who violates the Terms of Use and behaves in a manner that is inappropriate, abusive, vulgar, threatening, or offensive to any of the WNUG organizers or members. By registering you agree that you have read WNUG's Privacy Policy.

Member Account, Password, and Security
If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration/subscription form. You may be assigned a password and a username (account ID). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account ID. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify WNUG immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. WNUG will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by WNUG or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time. You may not give your account and password to anyone else.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any WNUG server, or the network(s) connected to any WNUG server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any WNUG server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services. Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content
You may submit comments and provide other content so long as the content is not obscene, illegal, threatening, or defamatory and so long as the content does not invade the privacy or infringe the intellectual property of a third party. Further, such content may not contain software viruses, spyware, adware, popups, mass mailings, chain letters, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address or other personal information, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of the information.

By submitting information, you grant WNUG a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to reproduce, use, modify, publish, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. By submitting information you also represent and warrant that that the content is accurate; you own or have permission to use the content that you submit; and that use of the content will not cause injury to any person or entity.

You may provide us feedback on articles or other content posted on the Site. By submitting feedback you agree that your full name and location (such as city and/or country) may be posted on the Site. If you do not wish to have your name posted, please state it clearly in your feedback that you wish to remain anonymous. Your feedback may be edited for quality, grammar, or appropriateness.

We appreciate hearing from our members and welcome your comments regarding the Site. However, please be advised that our policy does not permit us to accept or consider creative ideas or suggestions, other than those which we have specifically requested. Any blogs (a.k.a. Weblogs) available on the Site are offered as a service to the technical community to share knowledge with others and to generate useful discussions among our readers. WNUG or the blog author(s) shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may result from any information posted in the blogs. The blogs postings on the Site are not guaranteed to be error-free or to meet your requirements and should not be treated as such. WNUG or the author(s) of the blogs will not be responsible for the security, privacy, and management of any information that you provide as comments or feedback in response to the blog postings. Your Contact Information
You understand that it's your responsibility to ensure that WNUG has your most recent contact information on file, such as your current working e-mail and phone number.
